What payment methods do you accept?

For Singapore customers, we accept POSB, UOB and OCBC Internet Banking/ATM Fund Transfer. Once payment is made, please inform us immediately with the relevant transaction details. As for Malaysian customers, either Maybank2u Fund Transfer or Cash Deposit is accepted.

Other international customers, Paypal will be the sole payment method we accepted so far.

 

How do I place an order?

To place your order, click the Order Now button located at the top of the website and check the items you would like to purchase. Next, fill in all the information required and click Submit button to complete the checkout. An order confirmation email will be then sent to you within 24 hours for payment details.

 

How many days needed to process my order?

For all orders, 1-3 business days required to process and ship your order out.

Special Order Request is welcomed. However, 2-3 weeks are needed for items to arrive in Singapore. UPS and DHL Tracking Number will be provided promptly, if any.

 

What does "Special Order Request" mean?

To place your Special Order, kindly proceed to Contact Us to leave your details and the URL of your desired items. Price, inclusive of International Shipping and Taxes, will be quoted individually accordingly to the item's physical weight or volumetric weight, whichever is higher.

What if my orders was damaged or defective?

Items sold at sgDrugstore.com are in prime quality and all the orders will be carefully bubble-wrapped to avoid any damages during the transit.

 

Can I ask for refund?

All sales are final and we do not issue refund. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

 

What kind of shipping methods do you have?

Singapore customers can choose either Normal Mail or Registered Mail as their desired distribution mode. Registered Mail is highly recommended to avoid any lost mail. For Malaysian customers, order will be shipped out via either Pos Daftar or Pos Laju.

Cash-On-Delivery is only available at selected venues.
